Svetlana was born in 1977 in Moscow. Since 2006, she lives and works in Brighton (Sussex, United Kingdom).
1996 - 1997 – Technological Institute in Moscow, RSUTS (Department of Technology and Design, Faculty of Ceramics), previously: Higher School of handicraft cooperation;
1997 - 2000 – National Design Institute in Moscow (MA in Interior and Spatial Design);
2006 - 2007 – Camberwell College of Arts in London (MA in Drawing).
Since 1999, Svetlana has been regularly participating in personal and collective exhibitions, art fairs, festivals and contests in Russia, France, Great Britain and Hong Kong.
Svetlana stands out for her flashy style and provocative manner of presenting her art.
"So finally, I learned to listen to myself and to trust God through my talent. Thus I learned to enjoy and to trust my own feelings, and emotions and to draw inspiration from them. I also learned to understand people in all their diversity".
Her pieces of work are kept in private collections in different countries, as well as in the Hermitage Museum in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
